After 7 years in Iraq and Afghanistan as a military contractor (also known as the Invisible Army), Ryanne came home to find civilian life harder than any battlefield. Now a licensed therapist and high-performance coach, she equips female first responders and powerhouse women with the tools to thrive—mentally, emotionally, and professionally.
