FAQ

  • Is this therapy or clinical treatment?

No. Coaching services through Discover Solutions are not therapy or clinical mental health treatment. While Ryanne is a licensed clinical professional counselor, Armor & Grace and other coaching services are designed for stress management, nervous system support, and personal development—not to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

  • Who is this program for?

Armor & Grace is designed for women first responders—fire, EMS, dispatch, law enforcement, corrections, and animal control—who want to reclaim energy, identity, and presence at home without giving up their edge at work.

  • Do I have to share personal stories during the group calls?

Absolutely not. You're welcome to share, reflect, or just listen. Many women find healing in hearing others' experiences, but there's no pressure to disclose anything personal. Your boundaries are respected at all times.

  • How is privacy handled in this program?

We take discretion seriously. Group sessions are recorded only for internal use, and individual names or video appearances are never shared without permission. Testimonials are only posted with written approval. 1:1 sessions are held via secure, HIPAA-compliant video. Even billing is discreet.

  • Is this program trauma-informed?

Yes. Ryanne's work is rooted in trauma-informed care. You’ll never be pushed past your emotional limits, and all practices are built around nervous system safety, not performance.

  • What if I’m still working shift work? Can I participate?

Absolutely. The program is designed with first responders in mind. All group calls are recorded and can be watched on your schedule. You’ll also receive tools and resources that fit around your lifestyle—not the other way around.

  • What’s the time commitment?

Plan on one 60-minute live session per week (or watching the replay), your one 1:1 session you’ll schedule within the time period at your convenience, plus optional integration tools you can use as needed. The program is designed to support your life—not compete with it.

  • Can I do this if I’m also in therapy or on medication?

Yes, coaching can complement other forms of care. We just ask that you speak with your providers if you have any concerns, and understand that coaching is not a replacement for therapy or medical advice.

  • What happens after I join the waitlist?

You’ll be the first to get access to early enrollment and special beta pricing. You’ll also receive occasional updates or tools to support you while you wait.

  • What is your cancellation or refund policy?

Because space in the Armor & Grace program is limited and the beta round is offered at a reduced rate, all sales are final.

We understand that life as a first responder can be unpredictable. If something urgent comes up, we’ll do our best to work with you to find an alternative—such as deferring your enrollment to a future round or applying a credit toward 1:1 coaching.

We’re here to support you, not penalize you. But we also ask for commitment in return—both to protect your spot and honor the group experience for others.
