About Discover Solutions
For Women Who Serve—and Keep Serving
At Discover Solutions, we work with women who wear the badge, the bunker gear, the radio headset—and still come home to care for families, communities, and everyone else who needs them.
You’ve been trained to stay calm in chaos. But no one trained you to switch it off.
That’s where we come in.
Our Approach
We don’t sugarcoat. We don’t over-therapize. We offer tools that work—for women who know what it means to show up under pressure.
What we teach:
Nervous system recovery (not just stress relief)
How to shift out of duty mode and back into life
Emotional regulation that doesn't require emotional shutdown
Mental health support that sustains your career and your life
Who We Serve
We support women in:
Fire, EMS, Law Enforcement, Dispatch, Corrections
Animal Control and other high-intensity public service roles
Those navigating trauma, burnout, or emotional depletion
If your body is on shift even when you're off duty—this is for you.
You don’t have to carry it alone.
Founded by Ryanne Stellingwerf
Ryanne Stellingwerf served for seven years as a civilian in the Middle East, working alongside military personnel in combat zones. It was there she began supporting those in high-alert, high-stakes environments—and launched her career as a combat trauma specialist.
With over a decade of experience as a licensed mental health professional, Ryanne blends trauma-informed care with real-world understanding. She created Armor & Grace to meet a critical need: giving women in service roles the tools to decompress, reset, and reconnect with themselves—without losing their edge.

My Approach
My coaching roots grew out of my work as a Combat Trauma Specialist, supporting Veterans and First Responders operating in high-stakes environments. Over time, I saw a pattern—many of the women I worked with weren’t just surviving intense careers, they were holding together families, communities, and leadership roles, all while running on empty.
They didn’t want to quit. They wanted tools.
They wanted a way to keep showing up—without emotionally bleeding out at home.
That’s what Armor & Grace is built on.
I help women in high-alert roles regulate their nervous systems, shift between work and home life with more ease, and reclaim energy, identity, and peace. Whether you're staying in your career or sensing it's time for something new, my job is to help you make that transition with strength and clarity—without losing yourself in the process.
