If you feel exhausted, disconnected, or unable to relax after your shift, this free guide will help you understand why and what you can do about it.
The Job Isn't the Problem. This Is.
ARMOR & GRACE
A 6-WEEK PROGRAM FOR FEMALE FIRST RESPONDERS
You're still good at your job
That's not the problem.
The problem is everything the job costs you when you're not on it -- the relationships running on fumes, the inability to settle, the version of yourself that only seems to exist at work. You've been carrying this long enough to know that pushing harder isn't fixing it.
Armor & Grace is a six-week skill-building program built exclusively for women in high-stakes careers. It teaches you the skills nobody included in your professional training -- how to come down from high alert, how to recover fully between shifts, and how to be as capable in your own life as you are on the job.
Who this is for?
Women in law enforcement, fire, EMS, dispatch, corrections, the military, and any high-stakes role where sustained alertness is part of the job. Women who are still performing well at work and quietly losing ground everywhere else. Women who want to keep the career without it costing them the rest of their life.
Every skill in this program adds to the last. By the end of six weeks you'll have a complete toolkit that works in the life you actually have, built around a schedule that doesn't follow predictable hours.
What you'll build…
Retraining Your Brain
Your brain has been trained with the precision of a specialist to spot everything that can go wrong. Armor & Grace builds the counterpart to that skill, the ability to see what's right, what's working, and what's worth holding onto. Structured and progressive, the same way physical training builds muscle.
Transition Rituals
Your nervous system learns through signals. You'll build a specific, sensory ritual that tells your brain the shift is actually over, before you walk through the door still wearing the job.
Recovery Tools
Genuine recovery is deliberate and personal. You'll build your own toolkit of practices that work for your nervous system, your schedule, and your actual life, and start using them consistently.
The Feel Good File
You face what's worst every day. This builds the counterbalance, a personal record of your impact and your wins that gives you something concrete to hold onto on the days when you need it most.
Shifting Modes
The drive and focus that make you exceptional at work can leave you running on empty if they're the only modes available to you. You'll learn to access a different kind of strength, one that allows genuine rest, connection, and recovery without losing any of the capability you've built.
Cognitive Fatigue
When your brain starts signaling it's had enough, most women push through or berate themselves for it. You'll learn to recognize it early, respond with the right tools, and keep it from running you into the ground.
What's included
The self-guided program includes weekly video coaching sessions, written tools and practices, and a digital toolkit with daily prompts and reflection exercises. Everything is designed to work around a first responder's schedule -- recorded, on-demand, and built for women who don't have predictable hours.
For women who want direct, individualized support, one-on-one coaching with Ryanne is available. Private coaching includes everything in the self-guided program plus personalized sessions and direct access to Ryanne's clinical experience and full range of tools.
A note on this program
Armor & Grace is coaching, built for women who are functioning and want to function better. There is no diagnosis, no medical record, and nothing that touches your employer. If you have questions before signing up, the contact page is the fastest way to reach us.
